Congratulations to our member, Calamity Jane, who has won the Tofu Pilgrimage Award from the Japanese Association of Yu-Tofu.

Jane has now made the  20 kilometer pilgrimage to the  Nanzen-ji Temple in Kyoto 100 times to enjoy the traditional yu-dofu, a warming meal of hand-made pieces of tofu gently simmered in soup made with dashi stock.
