Julia lives in Prague, Czech Republic. She has worked on GOTV activities with DA since 2004, and was one of the founding members of the DA CZ committee in 2009, as well as its first Vice Chair and subsequent Chair. Besides serving as deputy RVC of EMEA (2013-2015), initiated the Overseas Voter Data project and subsequently worked on she has also served DA as the Chair of the Data Committee where she the Key States Project, reaching out to key states in 2013 and 2014 and working with them to gather and organize their overseas voter data for voter outreach. She votes in North Carolina.
